We have the Copyright and trademark policy to terminate or suspend the account of the users who do not respect copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

All the data that users upload to the WakeUp.zone, regardless being encrypted or not, belongs to the respective users. The data can be personal data, photos, videos, texts, posts, category preferences and likewise. Since all the data belongs to the users, the users keep legal responsibility for the data they upload to the WakeUp.zone.

If you are a holder of a trademark, service mark, or copyright owner, WakeUp.zone is ready to help you to protect your legal rights. You can report alleged intellectual and copyrights infringements on WakeUp.zone. To do so please send us your claim to our mail address (Sun Core Tech Ltd, Columba House, Airside Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland) with the following details:

• The copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringed.
• The jurisdiction or the geographical area to which copyrighted work applies.
• The precise location of the copyrighted work, including the information we need to help us find it, like electronic mail address, URL, post or comment position, etc.
• Display name of the WakeUp.zone user that, as per your claim, did copyright infringement.

A good faith statement, signed under penalty of perjury, stating:

• "I hereby declare that the disputed use of the copyrighted works is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• "I hereby confirm that all the information in this claim is true and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner, or authorized agent to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted works that is allegedly infringed."
